We have a complete shop on-site which includes mills, lathes and metrology equipment. Parts fabrication and custom parts design and fabrication are provided. We provide quick turnaround time for prototyping in addition to high volume production, at cost-effective prices. Our machine shop is managed by a Master machinist with over 28 years of experience in machining parts and fabrication of complex parts. We can fabricate feature sizes as small as 0.0005". The materials with which we work are steel, aluminum, brass, nylon and delrin. Painting and plating are also available. Below are examples of some of our medium and large volume production fabricated parts.
We have mechanical engineers also on premises who oversee the fabrication shop services. Our engineers can provide development of plans and drawings for custom design in our machine engineering services. We can quickly provide our customers with suggestions on how to make their specific drawings and designs more cost-effective to machine and fabricate.
