Custom Fixturing - Mechanical TeoSys prides itself in its ability to solve unique customer problems with creative and inexpensive solutions. Each of our laser micromachining systems is built upon a core technology that is tried and true. We have delivered many many core systems with adaptations based on the customer application requirements. Below displays some of our custom fixturing solutions that have been adapted into our core micromachining systems. We are extremely confident that we can come up with a fixture to machine ANY job. Back illumination for diamond marking application (below left). Indexing fixture for automatic hole drilling using 532nm Green (below).
The fixture below allows for illumination of the part from all sides: side, bright field, dark field, and center illumination which is coaxial with the UV and visible paths.
