Machine Vision Interface

Multiple image processing algorithms available via proprietary vision system language. Vision commands are automatically generated by a prototyping utility and may be incorporated into motion control program for in process control.

Custom Laser Machine Vision Interface #1 

Multiple image processing algorithms (source code) available via proprietary vision system language (Based on RS-274).
Image processing source automatically generated via MicroCaliper program and may be copied into MicroMMI editor.

Fully integrated with motion system for pre/post/in-processing inspection, measurement and quality control.

 Custom Machine Vision Interface #2

Provides full  in-process laser and system control.

Provides an integrated development environment for operator to single step, edit, and debug motion control programs written in the vision system language.

Full video microscope capability.
Provides saving and loading of previously processed images.
Allows images to be non-destructively overlaid with user supplied text such as title, date, etc.
Fully integrated with motion system for complete process inspection.
 

Automated inspection & Measurement

 User can make measurements of features within the live video frame once the software has been calibrated to optics and motion systems.  These measurements are taken pre/post/in-process.

Precision Motion Control & CAD Applications

User can enter any DXF graphic consisting of lines and scale and translate the graphic.  As long as the software has been calibrated to the optics and motion systems, this graphic will directly overlay where the laser marking (or any other machining) will occur.  The graphic can then be automatically converted to motion control code for machining.
